Description

(α Type) is insoluble in water and soluble in nitric acid. The gas-phase reduction method is used to assemble a device equipped with three electric furnaces including a gasification section, a reaction section and a precipitation section. The central reaction part is a quartz tube with an inner diameter of 20-25mm, in which charcoal that has been evacuated by vacuum heating is filled, both ends are blocked with quartz wool, arsenic trioxide is placed in the quartz plate, and then placed in the gasification section. Purified nitrogen is introduced at a speed of 400-500mi / min. Keep the gasification section at 400 ℃, the reaction section at 650 ℃, and the precipitation section at 350-400 ℃, and react for about 1h to precipitate elemental arsenic, and then distill to prepare arsenic products.

High purity arsenic is mainly used for semiconductor materials, optical materials and standard solutions for ICP-AES, AAS, AFS, ICP-MS, ion chromatography and titration analysis.
